Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance ofand compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users andothers who access or use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. Ifyou disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Website.

Purchasing

If you wish to purchase a subscription on the Website, you may be asked tosupply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, withoutlimitation, your payment information (card or account details) and personaldata. All purchases made on Trinker Media are made with either Stripe or PayPal.

By proceeding with the purchase you agree to the processing of yourpersonal data by our service for the purpose to deliver the product.

Services

As a subscriber to our service, you are entitled to receive assistance withyour problems, offer ideas, and contact our team as needed. For our part, wewill make every effort to answer in a timely manner.

Account

Accounts may be used only by one user. If we notice any suspicious actions,we reserve the right to terminate your account until the circumstances areclarified.

Monthly & Yearly Subscription

You can make payment for the subscription using Credit Card. By proceedingwith the payment you agree to the subscription terms: the subscription will beautomatically renewed every month or year, depending on the plan, on the dayyou purchased the subscription. Canceling the subscription will cause youraccount to suspend after your paid period is finished. If we can’t debit youraccount to renew your subscription due to your credit card blocking or lack offunds, your account will be suspended.

Subscription Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service atany time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, withoutlimitation, if you violate the Terms. All provisions of the Terms that, bytheir nature, must survive termination, including, but not limited to,ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liabilitylimitations, shall survive termination.

We are not responsible for any currency conversion operations that occurredduring your payment process that may cause any difference between the amountdeducted from your account and the price on our website. We have no controlover the process and cannot change the default currency.

Taxes

The cost of Trinker Media  subscription does include taxes (e.g. VAT). Furthermore, regardless of your location, you are responsible for any otherfees and taxes associated with your activities (e.g. withholding tax).

Refunds Policy

If there are any issues, reach out via hello@trinker-media.com within 14-days and we'll check if a refund is granted. Full amount mayvary depending on Stripe processing fees. 

Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Trinker Media. Trinker Media has no control over, and accepts noresponsibility for, any third-party web sites or services' content, privacypolicies, or practises. You acknowledge and agree that Trinker Media is notresponsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused oralleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on anysuch content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites orservices.

Modification

We reserve the right to change or replace these Terms at any time, at oursole discretion. If a revision is a material change, we will try to give you atleast 3 days' notice before any new terms go into effect. What constitutes amaterial change will be determined solely by us.

If you are seriously interested in our services, please contact us using our contact form. If you send us advertisements for your services via our contact form or per mail (@trinker-media.com), we will invoice you at least 150€ per advertising email sent (§174 Abs 1 TKG 2021) because of our effort.
